What we do
Sealed-burner and gas valve work on Professional and Tuscany ranges.
Wall oven control boards, elements, thermostat calibration and hinge or
seal failures. Built-in refrigeration — evaporator fans, defrost
circuits, dampers, ice fill and sealed-system diagnosis under gauges.
Professional dishwashers: drain faults, latch switches, dispensers and
door leaks.
Panel-ready and integrated installations get pulled and reset without
marking the cabinetry. That is a skill, not a promise, and it is the
part most people are actually nervous about.
What we do not do
We do not service eleven other brands on the side. We do not quote a
repair over the phone and then produce a different number on the day —
if we cannot see it, we will tell you the likely range and nothing more.
And we do not open anything up before you have agreed a price.
If a repair is not worth the money against the age and condition of the
unit, we say so and charge the service call. That costs us the job and
keeps the reputation, which is the trade we would rather make.
How pricing works
A $89 service call covers the visit and the full
assessment, and it comes off the total in full if you approve the
repair. Parts are quoted to the model — the correct valve, the correct
board revision — not a universal substitute that fails again in eight
months.
It is the only fixed figure, because it is the only one we can hold to
before we have seen your appliance. The repair itself is published as a
band — each service page carries the
ranges that work falls in — and where your job sits inside one is settled
at the meter. You get that single figure in writing before anything is
opened up, and no work starts until you have agreed it. The
price board sets out what moves each number.
Nothing about it changes because of the postcode.
